For those thinking the curbs are too high in long beach 2007, take a look, they are that high. Drivers dont take the whole curb in real life. The T9 strips are flat, just the white squares that you need to stay off, as in real life. Also, pit lane speed limit is enforced the entire way in all races, so live with it. Its accurate. Thanks for the feedback. I'll look into the collision reports.
Most likely hitting a collision objects means you are hugging the wall too close and caught an edge, which is fixable, but hardly a hidden collision object.

CC 07 is almost done, just gotta beta test it and finalize tires. All liveries and helmets are done.
Long beach 2007 will most likely be released alongside it. Just optimizing things.
After LB, I will take a small break from real tracks for the holiday season and make my 2nd annual fun track. (last year was jagged peak bobsled) No hints on what it will be yet but lets just say its fashioned after an old disney movie.

My long beach 2007 is in alpha stage. The track is drivable and all that is left to do is add trees, shrubs, tirewalls, pit lane stuff and some paddock stuff. I want to thank Chris Valle for providing me with some great shots of the area, he drives it every day (lucky bastard). The track will have a drivable podium so you can drive the top 3 cars up to it for a screenshot. It will be accurate to within 2 meters (6ft) . Google sketchup provided the convention center so that saved about 3 months of time.
I have granted permission for conversion of my 1995 Cleveland track to GTR/GTR2 so look for it out there.

Nothing new to report, we are still taking a break from work due to recent activities. Our website just changed servers so we lost a few blog entries. Thanks to those that understand and are supportive.

I guess some people are having issues with us releasing it. Well, first off, its been out there forever... released almost every other week by some new thieves... None of us could remember who painted what or who did what....
And doug did say thanks to everybody did it etc etc etc... 2 years later... everybody had it already you idiot!
Since Lou M. seems to be so upset about this all i can say is this...
Go fuck yourself... who cares.. grow up.. or did satan take your mind over for a minute there?

just an update.
Happy Birthday to our founder, Pierre. All of this would not be here if it weren't for him so show some love back and checkout his band.
Skylight.
DP01: waiting for painters to finish liveries. LOD's still need to be made. I added the red tire option but cant get it to show in the spinner like the 05/06 mod does. Any clues, let me know, the upgrade/gen files are the same so it must be a gmt setting??
Long Beach07: Slowly making progress. Up to turn 6 so far. Still lots to do.
95 Mod: Should be close to final testing phase but they keep adding stuff!
Mazda Atlantics: on hold until the two mods above are done.

Newman/Haas/Lanigan mechanic killed in bar brawl We are sad to report that Newman/Haas/Lanigan Racing mechanic Davey Evans died Saturday night. He was in Indy, and was out with friends from the team enjoying an evening beer. Apparently, there was a group of young men looking for some trouble, and unfortunately they found Davey. One of them picked a fight with him. He suffered a savage kick to the head, and it killed him. From what we hear, that group was known for starting fights for the fun of it. All three are in custody, and it is being treated as a homicide.
An autopsy is going to be performed today to determine the exact cause of death. At this time, memorial/funeral plans have not been finalized.
Our condolences go out to all of the N/H family and all of Davey's family.

I apologize if your account on our public forum was deleted. Every once in a while i'll go into the database and delete all the accounts marked as unactivated, due to spammers that have bots that register.
Long beach is coming along, convention center is done thanks to google sketchup. I'm taking my time with it since I do have a life other than this, and the way I make tracks is different than most others. I do not loft a track if its a street course, I make it like it is in real life, a bunch of streets connected. It makes it drive a lot more realistically and transitions have natural bumps. Cleveland was done this way although I added even more bumps to it later.
Cleveland 1995 is done, just waiting on the mod.
I got our Tcam on the 2007 model panoz done thanks to Maurice. May have to remap it but its on and as soon as I get a new pump for my water cooled PC, i'll test it out and post a few screens at rfc.
